FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended for diagnostics of malignant intraocular neoplasms. By means of method of optic coherent tomography presence of totality of changes in retina above tumor and in adjacent zone is determined. On the basis of detected changes differential diagnostics of malignant intraocular neoplasms, such as primary melanoma, metastatic choroidal carcinoma, retinoblastoma, from benign tumors, namely: stationary and progressive nevi, localised choroidal hemangioma, melanocitoma.
EFFECT: method allows to detect intraretinal changes in adjacent to neoplasms retina, characterising malignant and benign tumors, as well as to carry out differential diagnostics between them at early stages, to plan adequate tactics of organ-preserving treatment.
