FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to ophthalmology, and can be used to diagnose the initial juxtapapillary capillary hemangioma (CH) of the retina. Fluorescent angiography of the retina is performed. They reveal the focus of hyperfluorescence in the early arterial phase in the peripapillary retina. In addition, OCT angiography is performed in this zone and changes in regional hemodynamics of the eye are determined by duplex scanning in the regime of color Doppler mapping and pulsed dopplerography. When a pathological vascular network is detected in the form of small tightly located vessels to each other at the level of a deep capillary plexus of the retina, an increase in the systolic blood flow velocity in the central vein of the retina over 5.8 cm/s is diagnosed with the initial juxtapapillary CH retina.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the accuracy and reliability of the diagnosis of juxtapapillary CH for the timely conduct of the necessary treatment by determining the intrinsic vascularization of the tumor and identifying characteristic changes in regional hemodynamics of the eye.
