SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to feeding bars to machine tool incorporating at least of drawing assembly. Feed device comprises first and second magnetic appliances, and collector assembly. First magnetic appliance separates at least one end segment from bundle of bars and arranging said segment in plane spaced from said bundle. Second magnetic appliance grips at least one bar from multiple bars to unload it at required position. Collector assembly receives required amount of bars from second magnetic appliance and feed them to machine tool, drawing assembly.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of bars feed.
