FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Implant is intended for installation between two adjacent bodies of vertebral column vertebras and contains main part, consisting of, at least, two longitudinal elements with C-shaped section, connected with back sides, and, respectively, determining: rigid axis, formed by area of said elements connection, which is placed parallel to vertebral column axis, and which serves for transmission of loads between two adjacent bodies of vertebras; and, at least, two longitudinal slots, intended for placement in them of transplantation material and directed outwards relative to said rigid axis. Method of said main part of implant manufacturing includes the following stages: obtaining product by continuous extrusion through extrusion matrix, which has shape complementary to shape of said main part of implant, consisting of, at least, two C-shaped elements; cutting said product for obtaining main parts of implant of different length.

EFFECT: inventions ensure fusion of bone transplantation material and vertebra plates in all directions around implant with bone transplantation material before installation of said implant into patient's body and complete filling-in by surgeon after installation into reconstructed section.
