FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Ophthalmological surgical probe contains envelope, needle holder, needle and cutting element. Envelope is detachably connected with engine. Said engine has support element of driveshaft and driveshaft extended along axis from said engine. Needle holder has located inside insert and hole for detachable gear with support element of driveshaft. Needle has rigidly connected to it first connection means. First connection means is intended for detachable gear with said insert. Cutting element has rigidly connected to it second connection means. Cutting element is installed inside said needle with possibility of sliding. Said second connection means is intended for detachable gear with driveshaft.
EFFECT: invention ensures larger flexibility of construction and manufacturing, application of a number of common components in general vitrector construction and possibility of conversion for multiple vitrectors of various caliber using the same units, related to engine.
