SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of pharmaceutics. Composition for treatment, relief, prevention or cure of autoimmune or allergic disease in animals or humans contains efficient quantity of Trichuris suis eggs and liquid carrier. Liquid carrier represents sulfuric acid, H2SO4, with pH below 6 at temperature in the range from 0 to 30°C. Group of inventions also includes methods of isolation, embryonisation and preservation of helminth, in particular swine whipworm.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to considerably simplify entire process of processing and storage of isolated eggs, reduce number of operations, reduce expenditure on purchase of necessary reagents and additional washing, provide possibility of obtaining initial material for pharmaceutical composition - embryonised Trichuris suis eggs and preservation of said material for a long time without loss of invasion ability.
