FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: matrices from small intestines spontaneously infected with trichostrongylus when examined by helminthological methods at dissection of small ruminants are pretreated in isotonic solution (0.9%) of sodium chloride at t=37°C. Then 250 or more live, active, sexually mature 250 or more females of Trichostrongylus colubriformis species are selected. The selection is carried out in separate bacteriological dishes with a Ringer solution, 9 females per cup. Then they are exposed at t=25°C for 3 hours under thermostat conditions, after which a pure culture of mature eggs of Trichostrongylus colubriformis produced by living females is obtained.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain up to 100 percent of collection of only mature eggs from the female helminthozoonosis pathogen Trichostrongylus colubriformis.
