FIELD: parasitology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to parasitology, namely to method of collecting maximum amount of mature (fertilized) eggs (in vitro) from females of parasitic zoonosis infectious agent Trichuris (Trichocephalus) suis. Method consists in picking individually and only alive, active, mature females Trichuris suis from thick, blind intestine spontaneously infected with trichocephalosis agent, when investigating wild boars and/or domestic pigs at opening by helminthological methods in separate test tubes with solution of Rhode-Saito. Solution by its chemical composition is brought closer to composition of digestive tract in mammals. Exposure of test tubes with alive, active, sexually mature females Trichuris suis in conditions close to vital activity of parasite in body of pigs, is performed at t=38–40 °C during 5 hours in thermostat.

EFFECT: disclosed method is intended for research in laboratory conditions and/or field of experiments, at solution of applied and scientific issues in area of epizootiology, biology, systematization, therapy and preventing trichocephalosis in domestic and/or wild pigs.
