FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: metallurgical complex has three production sites arranged one above the other. Central site may rotate about on central axle. Three identical lined tanks are fitted on said axle at three positions at 120° there between. Top site accommodates metal smelting appliances and melt processing appliances that may be lifted, lowered and mounted on two adjacent lined tanks to configure positions of arc steel melting furnace and position of melt complex processing. Teeming station is mounted on bottom site in direct vicinity of lined tank mounted on third position.

EFFECT: higher level of automation.
