FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of steel electrometallurgy and, in particular, to the ladle-furnace (AKOS) aggregates. Unit contains a lined bucket with a vault installed in its bottom with slab units with fuel-oxygen torches (FOT) for heating and melting of the metal charge, three graphitized electrodes with electrode holders and a flue for withdrawing from the unit process flammable gases installed in the bucket vault and located in upper part of the ladle slag tap for drainage of liquid slag from it. Hollow graphitized electrodes for the continuous feeding of metallized pellets and bulk materials through them during the melting process are used. Unit is equipped with a water-cooled two-level multi-nozzle oxygen tuyere with an EMF sensor and temperature at the end of its case that installed along the center of the bucket vault inside the triangular space in the volume of the unit created by the three electrodes, wherein the nozzles of the lower stage for supplying oxygen to the metal purge are located at the end of the lance, and the nozzles of the upper tier are located above the lower tier of the nozzles at a distance of 1÷3 m for oxygen afterburning of combustible gases above the slag, device for afterburning combustible gases with oxygen under the roof in front of the gas flue of the unit, made in the form of an oxygen lance with a multi-nozzle tip that is located inside the flue gas duct and has a mechanism for moving its body along its axis and with an inclination relative to this axis within ±30÷45 degrees, and a computer control system (CCS), besides said gate blocks being located in the aggregate space outside the diameter of the decay of mentioned electrodes.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the electric steelmaking unit for performing technological operations of melting and processing of steel.
