FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves application of shear stress generated by suspension motion to blood cells attached to the bottom of a flowing microchamber. Suspension motion is ensured by inclining the flowing microchamber to a horizon level at an angle specified within 0 to 90°. A system for implementing the method comprising a supported platform, a flowing microchamber attached to the platform with the platform hinged to the support and equipped with a retainer to set the platform inclination within 0 to 90°.
EFFECT: higher analysis accuracy and performance.
