FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: in one stage, the causal tooth is atraumatically removed with a single-stage cystectomy, a muco-periosteal flap is cut out. A bone window is formed in the area of interest. The cyst is separated from the Schneider membrane. The tooth hole is treated with sound waves. Compactosteotomy of the alveolar process is performed. The Schneider membrane is lifted with simultaneous closure of the resulting perforation with an ossifying limiter impregnated with amelogenic peptide. A similar limiter is placed on the bone bottom of the maxillary sinus. Bone autogenic chips are taken from the surgical field and/or projection of jaw growth zones. Autogenic bone chips are mixed with synthetic bone tissue according to the “sausage technique” with laying in the defect zone in the area of the bottom of the maxillary sinus. A trepanation window and the hole of the removed tooth are overlapped with the ossifying limiter impregnated with amelogenic peptide. Mobilization of the muco-periosteal flap is performed with fixation with non-absorbable monofilament suture material.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the probability of infection of the maxillary sinus, isolate the maxillary sinus from the oral cavity, and obtain sufficient amount of bone tissue for subsequent stage of implantation.
