FIELD: precise instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to produce waveguide transmission lines of constant and (or) variable section from millimeter range and aimed to use in the manufacturing of microwave devices. The method includes electrical erosion cutting of internal channel by wire electrode, magnet-impulse forming of internal channel in four joint with thermal treatment of each joint and change of work position in the inductor, application of silver electrolyte coating using wire anode made of corrosion resistant alloy and forced pumping of electrolyte through internal channel.

EFFECT: increase of produced product equality, reduction of labour intensity, expansion of technological possibilities of magnet-impulse treatment, production of item with required technical characteristics.
