FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building, namely to the construction of driven piles for soils characterized by presence of the process of ground frost heave. Pile with increased resistance to heaves is used in heaving soils and represents an elongated body in the form of a steel pipe. Diameter of the steel pipe at the site of the pile height, diving to a depth below the active layer of heaving soil, is not less than 219 mm and is performed larger than the diameter of the pipe at the site of the pile height, diving to a depth of the active layer of the heaving soil and equal not less than 159 mm.
EFFECT: simplified design, reduction of weight of the piles, reduction of its penetration into the soil in order to reduce the amount of construction works, reduction of the cost of building foundations construction in the conditions of heaving soils.
