FIELD: petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of production of the butadiene polymerization catalytic system; the method describes the production of the butadiene polymerization catalytic system by means on interaction of tris-[bis-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate] neodymium, butadiene, diisobutylaluminiumhydride, the chlorinating agent in the fluid of the inert solution followed by the formation of the catalytic system whereat the chlorinating agent is represented by the reaction product of aluminum triethyl with ethylaluminiumseqichloride upon the proportion of the powdered components regarding aluminum 1:2 at the temperature 20-50°C; the method describes the production of 1.4-cis-polybutadiene by means of the butadiene polymerization in the hydrocarbonic inert solvent in the presence of the above catalytic system.
EFFECT: above catalytic system and the method of its production secure manufacturing of polybutadiene with low consumption of neodymium and the catalytic system and the production of polybutadiene with Mooney viscosity counting to 40-50 arbitrary units, polydispersity index - 2.05-2.18, and consentration of 1.4-cis-bonds amounting to 96-98% of the mass.
