FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular, to method of gathering product from cultivated cells using diafiltration, and to the substance for diafiltration. The method includes: (a) supplying the retentate for diafiltering, furthermore, the said retentate is the retentate received after gathering the cultivated cells through microfiltration.; (b) adding a buffer to the retentate, the buffer contains a non-ionic surface-active agent; and (c) carrying out the diafiltration of the retentate containing the said buffer, gathering the product from the cultivated cells.
EFFECT: increased diafiltration effectiveness, namely by reducing cloudiness and increasing the ratio of product extracted from the retentate.
