Invention is a cell culture medium containing tyrosine in concentration of 4 to 50 mM and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in concentration of 0.5 to 10 g/l and a cell culturing method involving bringing mammalian cells into contact with a cell culture medium human embryonic kidney (293), newborn hamster kidney (BHK) cells, Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells, Sertoli mice cells, African green monkey kidney cells (VERO-76), human cervical cancer cells (HeLa), dog kidney cells, Buffalo rat liver cells, human lung cells, human liver cells, mouse mammary tumor cells, TRI cells, MRC 5 cells, FS4 cells or human hepatoma line (Hep G2).
EFFECT: thus, improved medium for cultivation of cells with increased solubility of tyrosine for cultivation of cells of mammals in high density and for optimal production of proteins.
