SUBSTANCE: methods for determination, purification and filtration of sugar chains containing GlcNAc synthesized by GnT-V using at least one type of GlcNAc-specific lectins with affinity to sugar chains with GlcNAc synthesized by GnT-V, that are chosen out of the group including GSL-II and PHA-L and at least one type of GlcNAc-specific lectins with no affinity to sugar chains with GlcNAc synthesized by GnT-V, that are chosen out of the group including BLL and ABA and are used in combination as a medium for determination of sugar chains with GlcNAc synthesized by GnT-V or in combination for contact with sugar chain sample. One of the group of the inventions is a set including two types of GlcNAc-specific lectins.
EFFECT: development of precise method for determination of sugar chains with GlcNAc synthesized by GnT-V.
