SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of preparation of drinks. The cooking device comprises a main frame, the first part holding the capsule, a second part holding the capsule for at least partial retention of the capsule. The second part holding the capsule is movable relative to the first part holding the capsule in the frame and is connected with the frame by the closing mechanism comprising a fork hinged device that moves from the open position, in which these two parts are separated from each other enabling the insertion of the capsule between the two parts, into the closed position in which the first and second holding parts are closed around the capsule. The device additionally contains a handle for manual operation, forming a lever for actuating by means of the closing mechanism of the second holding part from the open position to the closed position and vice versa. And the closing mechanism provides additional means of force transfer, which are designed with the possibility of gearing down the force exerted by the handle to the fork hinged device, thereby increasing the force gearing down in turning the handle into the closed position.

EFFECT: invention enables closing resistant to action of pressure.
