The acoustic effect device comprises an acoustic radiator and a supercharger with an air moisturiser. To impact an intruder, a moistened following air flow is developed. An acoustic signal is sent towards the intruder via the moistened air flow.

EFFECT: invention provides for higher distance of pain acoustic effect at the intruder.
