FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for osteosynthesis of the femur after corrective supracondylar osteotomy includes a washer, a nut, five cortical screws with angular stability, a tie bolt, a plate with five holes for cortical screws with angular stability and one hole for a tie bolt having a square recess. The tie bolt is made with a square head in cross section for insertion and fixation into the square recess of the plate and with a length greater than the width of the femur in the area of the condyles for putting on the washer and screwing the nut from the cortical layer opposite to the plate.
EFFECT: invention ensures effective osteosynthesis of the femur in conditions of decreased density and sufficiently strong subsequent fixation for the entire period of formation of the bone block.
