SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied in surgical treatment of initial open-angle glaucoma. Perforation of trabecule by means of diathermocoagulator tip with formation of 4-6 through canals is performed. Additionally between 2 central holesis section of sclera, which contains trabecular tissue, is cut out.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce quantity of intra- and post operational complications, obtain stable hypotensive effect, reduce terms of medical-social rehabilitation.
