FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely experimental and clinical surgery and transplantology. A biological support material for mucosal tissue equivalents represents chemically-enzymatically treated xenopericardium by sequential pericardium treatment with glutaric aldehyde solutions. The chemically-enzymatically treated xenopericardium has microperforations of the diameter of 20-400 mcm and of the density of 5-20 perforations per mm2.
EFFECT: ensured faster material integration with surrounding tissues and more effective neoangiogenesis.
