SUBSTANCE: method involves adding an olefin compound of formula (2) into a reaction containing an active proton of a compound of formula (1), with an alkali metal compound RHP (I), where R denotes a hydrocarbon group or an amino group and can contain a halogen atom, a silicon atom, an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom, H denotes an active proton and p denotes the number of hydrogen atoms participating in the reaction with the alkali metal compound, where each of Ra-Rc denotes an atom or a group selected from a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group, a group containing a heteroatom, and a silicon-containing group, and can be identical or different and adjacent substitutes can be bonded with each other to form a ring, RNp (3), where R denotes a hydrocarbon group or an amino group and can contain a halide atom, a silicon atom, an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom, N denotes an alkali metal atom and p can also assume the same value as in formula (1), where Ra in formula (2) denotes an aryl group, where the alkali metal compound is represented by formula (4): AN (4), where A denotes a hydrocarbon group containing 1-15 carbon atoms and N is an alkali metal atom. Disclosed also is a method of producing an organic compound of a transition metal.
