FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology and intensive therapy, and may be used in artificial pulmonary ventilation. What is offered is a device for producing an anaesthetic mixture that comprises two assemblies for producing gas flow one of which is an assembly for producing flowing oxygen, an assembly for measuring gas flows in the form of two gas flow sensors. Each of two gas flow sensors is coupled with the coupled assembly for producing gas flow and a gas delivery duct. An anaesthetic injection assembly is equipped with an electrical reversing pump and an anaesthetic sensor. A device control unit is connected with each of the assembly of producing gas flow, with each of the gas flow sensors, with the electrical reversing pump and the anaesthetic sensor. The device control unit represents a monitor unit and a controller enabling the comparison of the measured values of the anaesthetic mixture components with the preset values and the information output to the assemblies for producing gas flow and the electrical reversing pump. Also, what is offered is a method for producing the anaesthetic mixture by said device. The method implies liquid anaesthetic delivery combined with gas injection and mixture. This involves regulating the amount of each gas components with enabling delivery of each fresh anaesthetic mixture in a breathing circuit during an inspiratory phase of the respiratory cycle.
EFFECT: invention provides monitoring of all the components found in the gas mixture, as well as easy realisation caused by enabled control with using one control unit for the whole process and eliminated anaesthetic vapour ingress into air.
