SUBSTANCE: method of system information (SI) transmission from base station (BS, eNB) to user equipment (UE) includes SI transmission within time period p, whereas this SI contains the first part of MIB information, where the first art of information contains ID identifier, which identifies modification status of the first part of MIB information, and adaption of boundary b, at achievement of which period p is terminated and modified SI becomes valid. In this process, boundary b adaptation is performed on the basis of modification status of the first part of MIIB information.
EFFECT: elimination of long delays during initial reading of system information.
