SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to the crop husbandry, and can be used during the laying of artificial plantations of rare alpine medicinal plant Hedysarum theinum Krasnob - Hedysarum tea. The method of cultivation ex situ of high-mountain plant Hedysarum theinum includes the selection of seeding material from natural habitats, a trial seeding with marking of their origin, a further selection of the most ecologically plastic samples, receiving the first productions, scarification and soaking treatment of seeds in a 0.1% working solution of agro-stimulator of effective micro-organisms. The stimulator is made from microbial preparation "Baykal EM-1" and nutritional medium "EM-patoka". Further planting is carried out on well-drained light gray forest soil with a uniform distribution of 100 pieces of seeds per 1 metre of sealing depth of 1-2 cm and watering plants with a solution of microbial preparation during the growing season to seeds mature at intervals of seven days.
