The antiseptic is characterised by the fact that it contains a polymeric salt of dimethylbenzylalkylammonium 2-deoxy-2-methacrylamido-D-glucose and methacrylic acid copolymer of molecular weight 47000 with 2-deoxy-2-methacrylamido-D-glucose (MAG) and methacrylic acid (AA) related as 85:15, mole %, and water in the following proportions, wt %: the polymeric salt 8-12, water - the rest.

EFFECT: antiseptic shows high antimicrobial activity with respect to hospital strains of microorganisms, their associations, and for treating septic wounds.
