FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: in the method, which involves collecting a (6.00±0.2) g oil sample, after collection, the oil sample is prepared by temperature control at (-8±0.2)°C for 1 hour, after which the oil sample is put into a the sensor of a pulsed NMR analyser, the signal amplitude of NMR triacylglycerine protons which are in liquid phase, the first (A1), second (A2) and third (A3) component in percentages and the spin-spin relaxation time of triacylglycerine protons which are in liquid phase, the first (T21), second (T22) and third (T23) component in milliseconds are measured and the average value of the spin-spin relaxation time (T2SR) in milliseconds is calculated using the formula:
The linolic type of sunflower oil is indicated by the value of T2SR ranging from 28 to 32 milliseconds, and the oleic type is indicated by the value of T2SR ranging from 8 to 12 milliseconds.
EFFECT: simple, faster and safer analysis.
