FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for identifying sunflower lecithin. Invention consists in fact that sample is taken with lecithin mass of (10±0.02) g, preparation of sample is performed by temperature control at temperature 60 °C for 1 hour, after which sample is placed in pulse sensor of lecithin NMR analyser and spin-spin relaxation time is measured first components of lecithin (T21) in milliseconds, lecithin is referred to sunflower one if time spin-spin relaxation of first components of lecithin (T21) ranges from 189 to 205 milliseconds.
EFFECT: reduced time and avoiding use of organic solvents and toxic chemicals.
