FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: carcinoembryonal antigen is analysed in tissue of malignant growth in colon. The carcinoembryonal antigen level in tissue of the malignant growth is equal to 1186±50.2 ng/g of tissue, a probability of the developing metachronous malignant process in the patients with colon cancer is predicted.
EFFECT: use of the method enables the objective control of patient's condition, well-timed therapeutic measures for colon lesions, suggested pre-clinical development of new lesions and the patients to be included in a risk group of intensive care.
