FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modular test apparatus (MTA) consisting of power supply modules, switching modules, modules for transmitting and modules for receiving analogue and digital signals, which are connected to an internal bus of the MTA, a built-in computer which controls the modules through the internal bus of the MTA, and the test article.
EFFECT: shorter time for testing and diagnosing articles, easier testing due to introduction of an interface module with a hardware and software complex for interfacing the MTA and the test article.
