SUBSTANCE: solid-state image receiver 1A comprises a pixel unit 10A, which converts light into electric signals, an analog-to-digital converter 11A, which converts signals from the pixel unit 10A into digital signals, an optical communication unit 12A, which converts signals digitised in the analog-to-digital converter 11A into optical signals and sends these optical signals to the output, a clock signal generator 13A, which generates a control clock signal used to synchronise processes of signals input/output realised by the pixel unit 10A, by the analog-to-digital converter 11A and the optical communication unit 12A, and a controller 16A, which controls reading of signals.
EFFECT: capability to transmit signals of pixels read from a pixel unit in the form of optical signals with high speed, to an optical device, a device for signals processing and a system of signals processing.
