SUBSTANCE: device for transmitting image data from an image capturing device to an image processing device with reduction of power consumption includes a CMOS image sensor which reads captured image data based on reference clock frequency CLK0, a frequency multiplier circuit (121) which generates a high clock frequency CLK1, a reconfiguration circuit (122) which rearranges the captured image data into bit data sequences, a data output circuit (120) which facilitates successive transmission by each of transmitters (124) of data of the corresponding bit data sequence outside, based on the high clock frequency CLK1, and a system controller (400) which controls data transmitters (124), the number of which is proportional to the transmission rate.
EFFECT: high rate of reading pixel data elements from separate pixel modules of the CMOS image sensor and high-speed output of the read image signals to the outside through a small number of output pins.
