FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: device for registration of a characteristic of fuel injection with a diesel engine nozzle, comprises a receiving chamber of alternating volume (1), a sprayer (2) of a nozzle (3), a drain valve (4), a tank (5), a pressure sensor (7), an accumulator (11) and a reduction valve (12). Drain (4) and reduction (12) valves are made as spring-loaded. The receiving chamber (1) is connected to the tank (5) by means of the drain valve (4). An amplifier (8) and registration devices are serially connected to a pressure sensor (7). Outlet of the drain valve (4) is communicated with the input of the accumulator (11). The reduction valve (12), at the outlet of which is installed at the accumulator (11) outlet. Pressure of opening of the drain (4) - Pop.dr. and the reduction (12) - Pop.red. valves is selected based on the following ratio: Pop.dr.=(4…5)Pop.red. Also a formula is proposed to calculate volume of the receiving chamber (1) in case of low supplies of fuel.
EFFECT: elimination of gas phase impact in the receiving chamber and outside.
