FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in a water and air plant for protection against intensive radiation comprising an axial fan with an electric motor and a water spraying device mounted into a metal structure with wheels, there is a guide vane in the form of blades for alignment of the air flow, a fairing of parabolic shape, a shell to develop a directed movement of air flow, an enclosing removable net to prevent ingress of foreign objects, and a water spraying device is made in the form of at least three nozzles, the body of each is made with an inlet hole made in the form of a confusor and a coaxial throttling hole, and a swirling chamber is made in the form of a cylindrical sleeve, axis of which in the drawing plane is perpendicular to the axis of inlet and throttling holes, at the same time the axis of the inlet and throttling holes in the profile plane is arranged tangentially to the swirling chamber, besides, there is a nozzle inlet arranged coaxially to the swirling chamber, inside of the insert there are three calibrated holes arranged serially as coaxial to each other and the cylindrical surface of the swirling chamber: a conical one, a cylindrical one and a shaped one in the form of a cylindrical part with a rounding face at the outlet, at the same time diametre of the cylindrical hole of the nozzle insert is equal to the diametre of the upper base of the truncated cone of the conical hole and the diametre of the cylindrical part in the shaped hole.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of the process of microclimate development in hot workshops.
