FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic flowmeter comprises a measuring socket placed in the stream of fluid medium, first input and output sensors mounted on the measuring socket, a first exciter and a first multiplexer. The first multiplexer is connected to the sensors and the first exciter and is placed between the sensors and the first exciter. The ultrasonic flowmeter has a receiver connected to the first multiplexer. The first output sensor is connected to the first input sensor. The first exciter can be selectively connected with the first input sensor and with the first output sensor. The first exciter excites the first input and output sensors. The multiplexer is mounted with possibility of connecting the first output sensor to the receiver. The ultrasonic flowmeter further includes a second multiplexer connected to the first exciter and the receiver.
EFFECT: reduced time errors and high measurement accuracy.
