FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of preserved appetisers production. Recipe components are prepared. Vegetable marrows and bulb onions are cut and fried in vegetable oil. Green and bulb onions are milled. Sunflower flour is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. One mixes (while heated) tomato pulp, sunflower flour, bulb onions, green, sugar, salt and citric acid to produce a sauce. The vegetable marrows and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce adhesion of the target product manufactured to container walls.
