FIELD: biotechnology; fabric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tissue engineering. Disclosed is a method for recovering resorbed alveolar bone tissue with a bioengineered structure obtained from decellularized human dental tissues by populating a cell-free endogenously produced extracellular matrix with resident cells, consisting in the fact that the removed tooth root is decellularized by sequential treatment with solution of 100 mM EDTA-Na2/10 mM NaOH in distilled water for a day, 1 % aqueous solution Triton X-100 for a day, 4.2 mM magnesium chloride solution containing 20 mcg/ml DNase for 2–3 hours, is washed with an effective amount of a phosphate-salt buffer solution containing a mixture of antibiotics – 300 IU/ml of penicillin, 300 IU/ml of streptomycin and 75 mcg/ml of amphotericin B for 1 hour and are filled with resident cells capable of spontaneous synthesis and secretion of the extracellular matrix, which improves the structure of the cell-matrix construct, thus forming a ready matrix for replacement of the lost bone tissue.
EFFECT: invention provides improved survival rate of cells, higher osteogenic potential.
