FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes heating of compressed air, its supply into a supersonic nozzle, generation of a supersonic air flow in a nozzle, supply of a powder material into the flow containing powders of aluminium, zinc and carbide of silicon, its direction onto a surface of a processed item to generate a coating. At the same time prior to formation of a coating on a part surface a layer of nichrome H20N80 GOST 12766-90 is applied with the help of equipment for electrospark treatment with an electrode ⌀ 4 mm at the current force of 6 A, electrode vibration frequency of 250 Hz, treatment time 0.5 min/cm2.
EFFECT: increased adhesive strength of gas-dynamic coatings on parts.
