FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: production line includes parallel straight and return movement flows of wagon pallets. On ends of flows there arranged are transfer units closing them between each other. Process equipment arranged along the flows includes sleeper handler with piece-by-piece output of sleeper to wagon pallet, longitudinal movement mechanisms of wagon pallets with the mechanism arranged in the zone of sleeper handler, which is made in the form of back-and-forth movement mechanism in mutually opposite directions of moving parallel driven racks with hinged pushers for interaction with cross beams of wagon pallets. Each wagon pallet is equipped with epure cams for interaction with stop sensor and with longitudinal beam for interaction with stationary brake mounted in the sleeper handler zone.

EFFECT: effective operation of process equipment owing to reliable step movement of epure of the assembled set of sleepers with accurate fixation of each step.
