CYCLE PHASING IDENTIFICATION METHOD Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC H04L7/08

Abstract RU 2560530 C2

FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in data transmission systems with parallel (multifrequency) signals with phase modulation. During formation of a phase-shift keyed information signal on the transmitting side, additionally, amplitude modulation is superimposed on it according to the pre-formed frequency-time matrix; an amplification process of additional amplitude modulation is performed cyclically, at direction of each data block, and on the receiving side there assessed are signal powers on separate subfrequencies for different elementary symbols of a group signal, and beginning time of the next data block is determined. Type of frequency-time matrix is chosen so that its autocorrelation function can have a considerable peak only at zero shift. Identification of cycle phasing can be performed at actuation of receiving/transmitting side at any arbitrary points of time.

EFFECT: providing a possibility of identifying cycle phasing in parallel (multifrequency) communication systems of a synchronous type with absence of a feedback channel.
