SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new etoxicombretastatines with formula 
(I) possessing anti-cancer activity, to a pharmaceutical composition containing the proposed compounds as well as to methods for production of some of the proposed compounds where R is a hydroxyl group, an amino group, a phosphate group selected from among disodiumphosphate or ammonium phosphate or inner salt of phosphorylcholine, -NH(COCHR'NH)m-H where R' is hydrogen, a natural amino acid side chain or a phenyl group, while m is an integer from 1 to 3.
EFFECT: production of new etoxicombretastatines possessing anti-cancer activity.
