FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to methods of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) of details produced from nickel-based intermetallic alloy for producing hot duct details. Method for manufacturing nickel-based alloy details is disclosed. The method includes conducting hot isostatic pressing in two stages and subsequent cooling. Intermetal alloy is used as nickel-based alloy, wherein during the first stage the alloy is heated to a temperature of TMELT - (80-100)°C and soaked within 2.5-3.5 hours at pressure of 170-185 MPa, during the second stage the alloy is heated to a temperature of TMELT - (20-40)°C and soaked within 0.5-1.5 hours at pressure of 180-195 MPa, and subsequently cooled up to a temperature of TMELT - (510-540)°C at a cooling speed of 8-10°C/min, where TMELT is an alloy melting temperature.
EFFECT: high-cycle and low-cycle fatigue at a temperature of 900°C increases and detail microporocity drops.
