FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a fixed bearing vessel, being a support for a device, on a head of the upper part of which there is a rotor with a power generator. The rotor comprises a spherical structure, the side surface of which is assembled from separate meridian elements evenly arranged in the diametrical plane and forming profiled curvilinear channels, and an additional multiblade impeller. The impeller is installed in the lower polar part of a spherical structure, is connected by a common vertical axis to the spherical structure. A channel is brought to the impeller from the base of the support part in the form of a hollow element of a support or a separate pipe fixed in the form of a lighter support structure, at the inlet to which there is a traction agitator installed with control devices, operating from combustion of any organic fuel in a cooled combustion chamber or using compressed gases (carbonic acid, nitrogen, air).
EFFECT: higher efficiency of a plant, increased washed area of a rotor, possibility to control an upward air flow by means of thermal or mechanical exposure.
