SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by taking whole blood 2 cm3 containing acrylonitrile, acidifying 0.5 cm3 with 1% sulphuric acid to pH 2-3, extracting diethyl ester 2 cm for 1-2 min., centrifuging the sample at 6000 rpm for 10 min to remove proteins and evaluating acrylonitrile in the prepared samples as provided by gas chromatography analysis according to a calibration diagram with using a soft hardware complex of the gas chromatograph Crystall-5000 equipped with a thermoionic detector in a capillary column DB-624-30m*0,32mm*0,25µm at temperature mode: the column - from 50°C-200°C, the vaporising apparatus - 200°C; the detector - 250°C; carrier 1 gas consumption (nitrogen) - 1.4 cm3/min; carrier 2 gas consumption (nitrogen) - 20 cm3/min.

EFFECT: higher accuracy, sensitivity and simplification of the analysis.
