FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages preparation of a mixture of a thermoplastic cellulose material, a cellulose-free thermoplastic polymer and a porous material. The mixture is stirred and melted. Hen the produced mixture is extruded and cooled. The cooled composition is moulded in the shape of particles with a flavouring agent introduced therein. The produced structure contains a thermoplastic cellulose material, a cellulose-free thermoplastic polymer and a porous material in an amount of approximately 30%-60%, approximately 5%-50% and approximately 10%-40% of the grains weight prior to flavouring agent introduction respectively as well as a flavouring additive.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a structure releasing a flavouring agent in the course of a lengthy period of time in the process of consumption of chewing gums containing the above structure.
