FIELD: food industry, confectionary industry.
SUBSTANCE: the suggested chewing gum contains conventional ingredients of chewing gums and, at least, one biologically decomposable polyether copolymer obtained due to polymerization of two or more cyclic esters due to opening the ring. The mentioned, at least, one biologically decomposable polyether copolymer has got molecular weight being under 150000 g/M. Chewing gum contains mainly no biologically undecomposable polymers. Moreover, the innovation deals with gum-foundation being one more independent object of innovation. AS a result, it is possible to obtain completely biodecomposable chewing gum at improved release of ingredients and its resistance to the action of softeners, emulsifiers and aromatizing agents.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
