FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to devices, applied in neurosurgery for surgical treatment of moronic-dystrophic diseases of spine. Device is made from rod, produced from material with effect of shape-memory, which contains power element and two elements of fastening to spinous processes. Power element has form of fragment of sinusoidal wave with size of, at least, one wave, and on both ends of said fragment placed are arc-shaped bends, turned by salience outwards from said fragment. Said elements of fastening to spinous processes are made each in form of hook, which is extension of arc-shaped bend. Free ends of hooks are turned in opposite sides. Power element is placed in plane perpendicular to plane of placement of two elements of fastening to spine processes.
EFFECT: invention ensures minimal trauma of installation of spinous process destractor by change of points of destractive efforts application and one-side installation method.
