FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely, to a medical device for processing tissues made with the possibility of creating negative pressure, and a method for caring for a tissue section. The device contains a covering element having a hole and made of flexible material made with the possibility of preventing the passage of liquid and air through sections of the covering element other than the hole. The device has an absorbent element covered with the covering element. The device includes a sealing element surrounding the absorbent element and made with the possibility of interacting with the covering element, when applied to the skin, to form a closed space covered with the covering element and surrounded by the sealing element so that it is ensured that the air in the closed space is prevented from coming out the closed space otherwise than through the hole. The device contains a reactor made with the possibility of reacting with gas present in the air for gas consumption. The device has an insulating layer covering the reactor and made with the possibility of preventing environmental impact on the reactor before removing, piercing or cutting through the insulating layer. The device includes a chamber communicating through fluid with the reactor and the closed space through the hole. The chamber is made with the possibility of maintaining a given volume of the chamber during gas consumption from the closed space. The method includes attaching the covering element to the skin surrounding the tissue section and covering the absorbent element. The method contains a stage of providing a seal around the tissue section by means of the sealing element made with the possibility of interacting with the covering element to form the closed space covered with the covering element and surrounded by the sealing element. The method provides for the provision of the reactor made with the possibility of reacting with gas present in the air for gas consumption. The method includes attaching the chamber so that it is in a fluid communication with the reactor and the closed space. The method contains a stage of actuating a container or an impacting element to actuate the reactor by removing, piercing or cutting through the insulating layer made with the possibility of preventing environmental impact on the reactor before removing, piercing or cutting through the insulating layer.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of easier application by the user, inconspicuous use and long-term convenient application of local negative pressure.
